The Inrō Creator Partners Program (the "Program") is an invite-only partnership for creators and affiliates who promote Inrō to their audiences. By joining the Program, you agree to these terms.

A. Eligibility

Membership is by invitation or application approval from the Inrō team. There are no geographical restrictions unless specified by Inrō. Inrō reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.

B. Program structure

Launch Phase (months 1–3)

Upon acceptance, you receive full access to Inrō at no cost for six (6) months. During the first three months (the "Launch Phase"), you are expected to complete the following milestones:

  1. Milestone 1 (by end of month 1): Submit one testimonial video and one written review on a review platform of your choice (such as G2, Product Hunt, or Trustpilot).
  2. Milestone 2 (by end of month 2): Publish one written mention of Inrō in a channel you control, such as a blog post, newsletter, Reddit post, social media caption, or similar.
  3. Milestone 3 (by end of month 3): Publish one piece of short-form content featuring Inrō, such as an Instagram story, reel, YouTube Short, or similar format.

Inrō will review your activity and milestone completion around the three-month mark and communicate which continuation path you are eligible for.

Continuation paths (from month 4 onward)

Following the Launch Phase evaluation, partners are placed on one of three paths:

Flagship Partners: Partners who demonstrate strong audience fit, consistent engagement, and meaningful promotional activity may be invited to the Flagship Partner track. Flagship Partners receive continued free access to Inrō and may be offered paid collaboration opportunities. The terms of any paid collaboration are negotiated separately and do not form part of these general Program terms.

Brand Ambassadors: Partners who show good engagement but are not selected for the Flagship track may continue as Brand Ambassadors. Brand Ambassadors receive extended free access in renewable three-month blocks, subject to producing a minimum of one piece of content per quarter (short-form video, long-form video, or equivalent). Inrō reserves the right to discontinue the Ambassador arrangement at the end of any renewal period.

Alumni: Partners who are not selected for either continuation path retain their free access through the end of the original six-month period. After that period, they may convert to a paid Pro subscription at a 20% lifetime discount. Alumni status is not a reflection of personal merit; it simply means the partnership was not the right fit at that time.

C. Affiliate commission

All active partners earn a commission on paid signups generated through their unique referral link or code.

  • Commission rate: 30% of the referred user's subscription or add-on revenue.
  • Commission duration: Up to twelve (12) months per referred user, for as long as that user remains on a paid plan.
  • Payout timing: Commissions are paid thirty (30) days after the revenue is generated, to accommodate refunds.
  • Minimum threshold: You must accumulate at least €100 in unpaid commission before a payout is issued.
  • Payout method: Via the payment method linked to your Inrō Partner account. Alternative methods may be requested and will be approved at Inrō's discretion.

Commission is active for the entire duration of your participation in the Program, regardless of which path you are on.

D. Partner discount

All current and former partners are eligible for a 20% lifetime discount on Inrō Pro subscriptions. This discount applies to personal accounts and is non-transferable.

E. Content and usage rights

By submitting content as part of the Program (including testimonial videos, reviews, social media posts, stories, reels, and any other promotional material), you grant Inrō a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content in any medium. This includes marketing materials, advertisements, social media, and promotional campaigns.

You retain ownership of your content. This license does not restrict your ability to use or distribute the same content through your own channels.

If you have concerns about specific usage, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.

F. Benefits

For partners:

  • Full access to all Inrō features during the free access period
  • Affiliate commission as described in Section C
  • Early access to new features and beta tools
  • Priority support and a dedicated partner contact
  • Access to official brand assets and content templates

For their audience:

  • Referred users receive a discount on their first three months (discount amount determined by Inrō and communicated to each partner)
  • Referred users who become paid subscribers are eligible to join the Inrō Referral Program

G. Restrictions

  • No self-referrals. You may not refer yourself or create additional accounts to earn commission.
  • No misrepresentation. Do not claim to be an Inrō employee or exaggerate product capabilities.
  • No spam. Do not mass-post referral links in forums, comments, or send unsolicited bulk messages.
  • No brand misuse. Use only official Inrō brand assets. Do not alter or misrepresent the brand visually.
  • Advertising. You may run paid ads to promote Inrō only with prior written approval from the Inrō team. You may not bid on Inrō or related brand terms in search engines or social platforms.

H. Approved content channels

You may promote Inrō through social media platforms, email newsletters, blogs and websites, direct messages (one-to-one), community forums and groups (when relevant and non-spammy), podcasts, and any other channel that is not misleading or spammy.

I. Tracking and transparency

All referral activity is visible in your Inrō account settings. You can view your referral link and code, referred users, total commissions earned, pending payouts, and program status.

J. Refunds, chargebacks, and deductions

If a referred user requests a refund, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your pending balance. If a referred user cancels or downgrades to a free plan before the 12-month commission period ends, your commission on that referral ends accordingly.

K. Fair use and disqualification

Inrō may disqualify a partner for excessive spam, fake engagement (bought traffic, misleading marketing), brand misuse, repeated chargebacks, fraudulent activity, or any other behavior that damages Inrō or its users. Disqualified partners forfeit all pending commissions and are permanently removed from the Program.

L. Discretion and modifications

Inrō may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active partners in advance. Inrō may also disqualify individuals, geographic regions, or specific campaigns if suspicious or harmful activity is detected.
